Receptionist
POSITION SUMMARY
The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or University students in any field (Hotel and Hospitality/ Business Management)
– Fluent in English
– Pleasant personality, good attitude, and hard working
– Minimum 1 year experience in reception area is preferable
– Strong interpersonal skill and willing to be trained
– Trustworthy, polite, friendly, and service minded
– Proficient in Microsoft Offices (Word & Excel, and Internet & E-mail)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Greet and Welcome customers entering the office and accompany them to the correct destination
– Handle all daily incoming & outgoing calls and transfer to destination
– Maintain an adequate inventory of the office supplies
– Deliver information to customers on all service
– Administer all receiving documents or parcels then deliver to destination immediately with proper note
– Prepare, receive, and send mail and keep correspondence records
– Keep working area clean and tidy all time
– Assisting administrative work within and cross department in the company
– Perform other tasks as assigned by management team.
– Must be on time at work
Working Schedule and Benefits
Working time: 6am-1pm
Working days: 6 days/week; 1 day off
Public Holidays: Yes. Change to another normal working day

D.B.LY TOWER is a Service Apartment owned and operated by D.B.LY Group which is designed by experienced engineers with a simple-modernized black and white with a Mekong-looking view concept. The Service Apartment is located #369, Water Factory St. (15cw), Sangkat Chroy Changvar, Khan Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh, Cambodia and served by very kind staff. The happiness of tenants is concerned by our apartment and feeling at home of tenants is our apartment desire.
D.B.LY TOWER have 27 Apartment Units. All apartment units are equipped with: bed, mattress, closet, sofa, TV, Washing machine, table, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and oven. Other services/facilities like Gym, Steam, Sauna, Parking lot, and Swimming Pool are included. D.B.LY TOWER also have two restaurants for their tenants and customers to enjoy their breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One restaurant named The Coffee Nut is located at ground floor opens from (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM), and another one named The Star Bar is located at the 8th floor opens from (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). They also have Shop for liquor named The Wine Garden located at the 1st floor opens from (8:30 AM -5:30 PM).
